How long can I have the app?

You can have a yearly subscription and you can cancel anytime.

Can I use the app on my iPad or tablet?

Yes you can. It is designed to work on your phone although iPad and tablet use is available. A laptop version will be available in the future, stay tuned.

How can I get help?

How can I edit my content?

In each section that is set as a journal there are boxes for you to fill in your information. It will auto save so every time you edit it will be updated. In some sections, for example, the goals in Business Foundations, you can create a new note meaning you can save your old information.

Can I edit the sections?

No the sections are set in the app but you can create as many notes as you like in the note section on the bottom panel in the centre.

Where is my journal stored?

Each person has their own portal when the account is created. Your information is stored in the cloud meaning you can log in from multiple places and edit your information.

Will anyone be able to see my information?

Each person has their own sign up section that is linked to your own portal. No one else can see your information.

Do you need to have access to the internet to use the app?

Yes ClearBiz System is a web based app that can only be used when it is online.

Can I use this app as a business plan to get a bank loan?

No this app is like having your own business journal and is not replacing a business plan. It may help you to get clearer on your vision which can help you to create a business plan. There are templates available online to create a plan that can be used for banks and sourcing grant funding.

Are there extra costs for the app?

Not at this stage. Your yearly subscription covers all the information in the app.

What happens if I want to cancel my account?

You can cancel at anytime. We offer free pdfs that you can print and fill out with the same information that is in the app.
